Perfect place to stay if going to Red Rocks for a concert. Only 14 Miles a nd the rooms are clean, nice and a decent breakfast.

This property seriously needs an upgrade. Room smelled musty, refrigerator did not work. Gym treadmill did not work. The check in staff was great and tried his best to accommodate the shortfall of the hotel. Will not recommend this property.

Property was extremely conveniently located if going to Red Rocks amphitheater for a concert or just to the park itself. Easy to get in and out of property.

We were in room 422. Nice enough room, had a few quarks. Loved the hand held shower but it needs replaced, leaks. The window was not only very dirty, also would not close properly.
Towels were small and stained. Bed was ok, but it needed a better mattress cover and bedbug cover. Same with the tiny pillows. Plus need queen or king size pillows.
No table to eat at, only a very dirty chair, an office chair and desk.
Breakfast was the usual stuff. Nothing special. Very clean and the staff were very attentive/nice.
Did not use pool or gym.
Great location for Red Rocks concert.

The staff here is wonderful from the Manager Luke, the cleaning staff and certainly the breakfast area and options. This particular area is ALWAYS clean and inviting. The gentleman who is there has been for years and his work ethic is awesome.

Handheld shower a plus, but it drastically needs replaced…leaks.
Window does not close all the way in room 422.
Pillows are tiny for a king size bed and do not have pillow protectors, ugh.
Mattress should have bedbug protector on them.
Towels are also very small and stained.
Breakfast area was always spotless, and well stocked. Staff very nice. Many choices also.
Front desk staff very friendly and help full.
Not thrilled with maid service every other day. Shouldnt the room rate reflect that?
This room had only a very dingy chair in the corner, no table to eat at.
Washer/dryers on property, nice. $1.75-$2.00.
Located within walking distance to grocery store/restaurants.
Easy on/off to highway.

Easy driving to Red Rocks.
I stayed here due to the proximity to Red Rocks. I attended a concert there and the drive was very easy. There are plenty of dining opportunities close by and a Walmart for those little things that one always forgets when packing,
