This was my second visit to this property in the past year. I stayed here for only one night. While it isn't right in the heart of downtown, it is fairly close (<15-minute drive/Uber). The hotel is right off the freeway, which was very convenient for my trip. Also, you easily save $30/night in parking fees by staying here instead of one of the pricier properties downtown, so that's something to consider. While there are a few places to walk to, and a gas station next door, this property isn't in what I would consider a 'trendy' area. Room was clean and everything was in good working order. Did not hear any noise, but I am a fairly heavy sleeper. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked very well - no issues staying cool on a 90 + degree day. Super friendly employees, from the housekeepers to front desk staff. Breakfast was just ok, but it served its purpose, and I honestly don't expect anything gourmet when it's "free". If you have a large car, truck, or van, the parking deck might feel a bit tight, but otherwise no complaints. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Again, this was my second stay at this property - the previous stay was exactly the same so I know the guest experience is somewhat consistent. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I woke up to a bed bug biting me and the manager refused to believe me and refused to refund our room. To make a bad situation worse, the manager claimed we damaged property and hid it under the bed, which is a complete lie and felt like retaliation for reporting the bed bug. Worst experience at a hotel of my life. Will never stay at a Fairfield again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was shockingly bad. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing any of the issues I brought up. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them, and they lacked any basic sense of hospitality. As for the facilities, they were absolutely terrible. The room was outdated, dirty, and in need of serious. The bathroom shower tub combo didn’t drain. The advertised amenities were either broken or non-existent, and the overall atmosphere of the place felt run-down and neglected. To make matters worse, when I complained about the problems, I was met with indifference. There was no effort to remedy the situation, and it seemed like they just didn’t care. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. It’s a waste of money, and you’ll likely leave more stressed than when you arrived.

We stayed at this hotel last night. Marriott needs to refurbish this hotel! I would be embarrassed to have my name in it. The room decor is below average. Both chairs in our room were stained as was the carpet. The bed, and covers were ok but the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The bathroom looked like an 8 year old child had chalked the tub and sink. The toilet took forever to flush. Breakfast was limited to powdered eggs, sausage, and waffles - only one waffle maker. They were out of oatmeal and cereal. The space is far to small for the size of the hotel. Again below par. The elevators were poorly refurbished and the lobby had several temporary cooling machines. They also charge $12 to park your car in their old parking garage so consider that if you are shopping. Do yourself a favor and pay $20 more for a higher quality stay elsewhere.

Needs an update Hotel is located in a business/industrial part of town. Lobby is small, dark, and off-putting. Rooms need renovation and maintenance: towel shelf was about to fall off the wall, and blow dryer broken. Refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker but no microwave. Parking garage ($13 daily charge) so narrow that side sweeping another vehicle is likely. After one night, I learned outside parking is an option and safer but also at a $13 charge. I ate breakfast only one morning: scrambled eggs were dry and hard; only white bread on the menu. Overall, not up to Marriott standard. The only saving grace for this hotel is its staff: friendly and fast. I cannot recommend staying here.

My husband and I were on road trip, and we stayed here for two nights. The bathroom door laminate was warping and the tank top to the toilet was too big for the tank. In the bedroom, the sofa had a stain on it, the bed needed to be replaced as it was very bouncy and uncomfortable, and there was dirt on the ceiling from the vent. The breakfast area was small with standard breakfast fare. Don't think we'll be back.

Property is just OK. Parking is $12 a day, beds are just ok. Sound proofing of room to hallway is poor. Semi sketchy area. Out of all the hotels I stayed at in the past two weeks this rates the lowest. Price was low but I see why now. Breakfast Bar is worth skipping. Poorly maintained breakfast room.

Or even Cherry Creek adjacent. The only thing good about this hotel was the hot water. It was really hot. This hotel is as old as The Mayflower. It’s dated, noisy, dark, and the breakfast was inedible. The bathroom was dark and outdated with an old bathtub. Needs a full remodel or better yet the wrecking ball. I’m so sorry but I would never go here again or even recommend it.

Went on a family trip with my daughter and granddaughter. Stayed at the Fairfield - had stayed previously several years ago and it was nice (clean)— and it was close to the activities and shopping we needed. To say disappointed is an understatement. I frequently stay in Marriott hotels and this is nowhere on par with what I expect. In general, the place seems worn and dated. In need of a solid cleaning and spruce up. That’s not even the worst part. After having a night out- returned to go to bed- pulled the covers back and got the bottom sheet and found a HUGE disgusting looking stain. Pretty sure by the location and color one can tell what it is. There wasn’t even a mattress pad between the sheet and bed!! Needless to say, we slept on top of the other bed covers. I’m not picky, but I do expect a level of cleanliness.

We appreciate you voicing your concerns, especially regarding the condition of the hotel and the cleanliness of the linens in your room. Regular upkeep is important to us and we strive to provide a consistently clean environment for all our guests. With regards to the stain found on the sheet, this is most certainly not representative of the standards we strive for. Rest assured we will investigate this matter further to prevent such issues from happening in the future. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us improve. We hope, in the future, we'll have an opportunity to provide a stay that better aligns with our high standards and your expectations.
在这里住得很愉快。员工很友好,乐于助人。房间对两个人来说足够大,而且非常干净。
