This location felt very clean and quiet. My family did a last minute trip to the Springs to go to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The beds were very comfortable and soft. We loved the stay we had. The pool was clean and a nice little get away from home.

Hotel was in a nice location, my bed was extremely comfortable, customer service was excellent! No complaints. Will definitely be back again. Nice job Marriot.

我入住时被告知室外泳池和热水浴缸开放到晚上10点,没有提到任何维修。我下班后到酒店想用热水浴缸,我丈夫打电话确认是否开放,他们说晚上关闭,我们说才晚上9点——然后她说“关闭进行维护和清洁”。根本没有人在维修,我们预订这家酒店主要是因为有这项设施,而且它是一家万豪酒店。我们房间的空调在我们入住后不久就坏了,虽然温度设定在62度,但几个小时都没有降到75度以下。房间里非常闷热,幸好我们早上要早点离开。我对万豪酒店期望更高。

等待是值得的
为了参加活动,我付了比周边酒店更高的价钱,结果很晚才入住。客房服务人员早上7:40就来敲门了。房间、泳池和服务的质量都这么好,价格实在太高了。
我们房间的床单上有血迹,沙发上也有污渍。冰箱里有棕色的积水。走廊里整晚和早上都传来巨大的噪音。根本睡不着。感觉没有隐私。我们搬到了新房间,沙发上也到处都是污渍。通往新房间的走廊闻起来很难闻。
墙薄得像纸一样!!保洁人员早上7:30就开始敲我的门,要我打扫。然后8:45又回来敲门了。再也不住这里了
我的房卡三次都不能用。忙碌了一天,我只想回房间放松一下。我花了一个小时才弄明白,还跑了好几次前台。真是让人沮丧。
