Our room had no heat. They moved us to another room and that room had no heat. But it was so late when we got there we didn’t move to another room cause of how late it was. The staff was great. And very nice.

The hotel needs serious upgrades. Mold in the shower. Weird smell in my room. The do they need to clean my room. They left towels, but some of them were terribly and should not have been put into someone’s room. My TV only worked the first night and only started working because I had to plug. It never worked again during my whole day. I knew that there was nothing about any of this so I ended up checking out a day early to go stay with a friend because I cannot deal with this anymore. I won’t ever be coming back.

Great room. Bed was excellent for my back. Only complaint it the fact that there was an individual Kcup machine in the kitchen area. Only problem was there wasn't an outlet to plug the machine into. Also they service the room every three days and there were only enough kcups for one day. Also there was some road noise do the the location of the hotel
总的来说，我们在拉昆塔酒店住得相当不错。早餐给我留下了深刻印象，每天都有新花样。我喜欢那里的比斯吉和肉汁，我儿子也很喜欢自己做华夫饼。工作人员服务周到，把区域打扫得很干净。我的房间还不错，但是隔壁房间的狗叫声太大。我不太介意一点噪音，这很正常，但要是吵得我听不清电视或者半夜被吵醒，那就有问题了。
卫生条件太糟糕了。空调几乎不工作。而且工作人员也不在岗。电梯也很脏。再也不会住那里了。
早餐不错，有华夫饼和吐司。还有果汁、咖啡、橙子和麦片。
因为我们早上7:15吃早餐，所以房间足够我们四个人住。家具确实又旧又破，插座都从墙上掉了下来，灯罩最好也别挪动。不过住一晚还好。可惜我们忘了带Apple Watch充电线，就写信问有没有找到。可惜没有回复。沃尔玛就在拐角处。游泳池关门了。
当我进入房间时，我闻到一股难闻的气味，像尿的味道。
