To begin with, the front desk staff were not welcoming, she had nothing to say upon checking other than to hand me the check in paper to sign. There are signs stating that they charge $10 per day to self park; in an ungated and unsecured lit that connects to lots by several other businesses. It’s pretty easy to park on the other side of the black fence. They only provide room service every third day and there’s no option to request service daily. I stayed four days and didn’t ever get the room serviced. Also every day there was garbage, piles of dirty towels and toilet plungers lining the hallway. Really gross. The window in my room didn’t close properly so the room was noisy, the screen was bent about 1” out from the frame so there were bugs entering the room and the door didn’t fit properly in the jamb so all the hall noise made its way into the room also. Last thing, there was toothpaste that dripped down the front of the bathroom sink and it wasn’t mine.
Breakfast was fine.
There are several mid-priced hotels in this area, I’ll stay in one of them next time.

What can I really say besides very disappointed in this hotel. I use to stay at this hotel a lot and looking at how a down it had become is very sad. The front desk staff amazing the rooms well let’s just say the bedding great decor needs to be replaced. I have no clue what was on the shade lap by the bed looked like blood. All was well until Sunday when I got ready to shower there was a roach in the bathroom. At of all the times I’ve stayed I’ve never experienced this. Also not sure why only 1 elevator was working. But I would have to say I would never stay here again, Also I know that people need a place to live and it seemed as this was the hotel for them to live in we have to do better as I should not have seen a roach in the hotel. Motel yes hotel nope:

I absolutely loved the staff here. They were very pleasant and helpful. The surrounding area is not the nicest, but not bad either... this particular area by the hotel is great, mainly office buildings! Nice hotel right off the highway! Will absolutely stay here again!
总的来说，我们在拉昆塔酒店住得相当不错。早餐给我留下了深刻印象，每天都有新花样。我喜欢那里的比斯吉和肉汁，我儿子也很喜欢自己做华夫饼。工作人员服务周到，把区域打扫得很干净。我的房间还不错，但是隔壁房间的狗叫声太大。我不太介意一点噪音，这很正常，但要是吵得我听不清电视或者半夜被吵醒，那就有问题了。
卫生条件太糟糕了。空调几乎不工作。而且工作人员也不在岗。电梯也很脏。再也不会住那里了。
早餐不错，有华夫饼和吐司。还有果汁、咖啡、橙子和麦片。
因为我们早上7:15吃早餐，所以房间足够我们四个人住。家具确实又旧又破，插座都从墙上掉了下来，灯罩最好也别挪动。不过住一晚还好。可惜我们忘了带Apple Watch充电线，就写信问有没有找到。可惜没有回复。沃尔玛就在拐角处。游泳池关门了。
当我进入房间时，我闻到一股难闻的气味，像尿的味道。
