酒店回复: Thank you for the feedback. Check out is at 12pm. We have late check out fee of $75. This is not the rate of a full night to stay. Once it reached 1pm the fee becomes the fee of an additional day not that the reservation would be for an additional day. Just the later you check out the higher the fee. We would love to have you sign up as a Marriott Rewards member Bonvoy as one of the perks of a rewards member is not paying for late check outs when late check out is available.

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. We are unfortunately only able to accept a valid credit or debit card at checkin. On Chimes website it does state that they are a financial platform company, not a bank.
