Room and staff where great, but I think it really sucks to be charged a parking fee at the hotel we are already staying at.

This was a great stay. The only issue I had was check-in was at 3pm however the room was not ready until about 4pm. I had a sleepover for my daughter and we had the biggest suite there. It was really nice and spacious with 1 king bed in a separate room and two queen beds. There were two bathrooms also. One offered both shower and tub. The breakfast was complementary and it was delicious. Fresh made omelets and waffles. With many other items good and hot. Definitely would recommend.

Great lobby area. Super friendly staff. Room is wonderful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good, and they had a 5:30 reception for guests with snacks and a free beer. Will definitely stay here again.

我和朋友周六来城里看演唱会，我们周五到的，住了两晚。一切都很完美，直到周日早上吃早餐的时候。我和女朋友下楼吃早餐，发现有两桌客人大声喧哗，吵得周围其他人都没吃上饭，甚至还有人在餐桌上喝六罐装的啤酒！
我真不知道你们早上九点吃早餐的时候允许喝酒！不过你们的员工很有礼貌，也很害怕，因为这些人太吵闹了，让人很不舒服！我们点了煎蛋卷，坐下后，接下来的45分钟里，一个小孩一直在扯着嗓子大喊大叫，吵得整个餐厅的人都没安静下来！我最后请那位先生放下手机，别喝酒了，去照看他的孩子，结果他冲我吼，让我别多管闲事，别烦他。他的孩子是残疾人。就这么简单。也许你不应该在早上九点喝啤酒，还一直玩手机，他完全没顾上照顾孩子。但没有任何管理人员介入帮忙。我对这次经历的评价是-10分！而且，最好有人联系我，因为我有很多话要说……
酒店环境优美，设施齐全，酒吧氛围轻松惬意，是观看棒球世界大赛的理想场所。员工极其友善，从前台接待到调酒师再到厨房工作人员，都热情周到，乐于助人。迎宾礼包也很贴心，虽然只是水和小吃，价格不高，却让人倍感尊贵。
最佳住宿地点
和你们一起住在这里真是太棒了。房间非常干净，员工也很友善。早餐非常完美，食物美味可口，而且很热乎。整个酒店都非常干净，我给这家酒店打10分（满分10分），你们真的太棒了！酒吧也很不错。我丈夫非常喜欢这里。
我住过这家酒店很多次，但这次的早餐真是糟糕透了。鸡蛋和土豆的容器都空了，连华夫饼面糊都没有。人们排了20到30分钟的长队才拿到食物。我们为了避开那条缓慢移动的长队，只吃了一小碗麦片，而不是我期待已久的煎蛋卷。早餐真是令人失望。
行李车也总是出问题。酒店有7层楼，却只有3辆行李车，而且总是找不到。我们不得不来回好几趟，把行李搬到车上，真是太麻烦了。酒店一直都有这个问题，能不能多买几辆行李车？
房间和酒店本身都很完美，员工也非常乐于助人。但是公共区域经常无人打扫，早餐供应到10点半，但10点的时候几乎就吃完了。我们不得不自己去买早餐。希望这一点能改进。总的来说，我们还会再次入住。
