我打了两次电话，要求换毛巾，但客房服务一直没来打扫房间，也就是像酒店说的那样，隔天倒垃圾、整理床铺。
我的工作是夜班，所以我确保在11点左右离开。我看到清洁车出来了两次，但他们从来没打扫过我的房间。我打过一次电话，要求打扫房间，但仍然没有人来。
