The hotel is very worn and needs a lot of updates. Recliner in room had a large home in the head part, carpet looked like the AC has leaked all around it, chunks of what was possibly drywall next to bed, holes in wall

The building is out dated
the room stunk really bad
One of curtain have holes are peeling
there was a roach on the floor in the kitchen area and the bed was reeling hard , will not stay again

Their doors don't work. At least the room I had locked my out multiple times. They had to open it with a crawbar one time. Missing chair in room, telephone, and a bathroom vent that sounded like a chainsaw. This is a $50 a night hotel, not $175

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay for one night. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The suite was very clean with no issues. The location is great. There are several restaurants right near it and a shopping plaza right around the corner. I would definitely choose this hotel again when passing through Texarkana.

The staff working, especially late at night, were really nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, there were roaches in our first room, and we had to be moved to another floor.

There was mold in the bathroom, the place needed paint, the kitchen area needs to be deep cleaned. There were BUGS

The first room we were given has roaches. The staff was quick to move us to another room. All of the rooms had filthy doors. The elevator was scary and needed repair.
The outside doors were unlocked and I saw random people come in without having to use a key card to enter, I even tried it to check. Thankfully this was an overnight trip and not a longer stay.
