The staff were incredibly nice, but the room was awful. It smelled as if it hadn't been used or cleaned in weeks. Musty, mold and mildew. Sticky stuff on the carpet.

Great check in. Room seemed great too. But then with my shoes off I went over to look out the window. I walked on to saturated carpet near the ac. Apparently the ac is dripping on the carpet.
Then later as we got ready for bed, my wife went into the bathroom and I heard a commotion with the door. She said it wouldn’t close. So I took a look and sure enough, the door was sagging so badly that it took my full strength to drag it across the threshold to close it. And then it took even more effort to get it back open. By the scratches on the threshold, it was clear this wasn’t a new problem.
Here’s what disappoints me the most. This was the last night of a one week trip and we were looking forward to a relaxing night at what is usually a great brand. These problems, especially the dragging door couldn’t have been new. My only conclusion is Hamptons maintenance processes and management follow up are so weak they they either didn’t hear from the room cleaners about the issues, or they knew and rented the room in sad shape anyway. I would like a full refund for this night and an apology from the manager for such shoddy hospitality. I can’t believe it.

Wouldn’t cancel my reservation over two months before my stay. I paid for an empty room that I couldn’t use. I expect documentation showing my room was kept empty until after my checkout time.

Room was great. We had a suite. It was super nice and spacious. The pool only goes to like 4.5 feet deep, which is really great if you worry about the kids getting too far out (or if you’re not a strong swimmer). Me and hubby look forward to making this hotel our new travel/stay spot.

This was a decent hotel priced lower than many in the area. Breakfast is awesome. Staff awesome. Towels and linens awesome. Just need to replace outdated coffee maker in room with a K cup type unit.

We stayed overnight. Room was clean. Lady at front desk very helpful and sincere. Breakfast as always was good. We always stay here on our way to Branson.
