As for the smell, the paper mill is located in Ashdown Arkansas, and that is over 15 miles away. Usually, we do not have any issues with their smelly manufacturing, but when the wind is right and the factory is at capacity, we will get a slight odor. My apologies for an uncomfortable visit.

Staff was great. Room was dirty. Although the linens seemed to have been changed, dishes cleaned, the carpets, bathroom and furniture needs to be vacuumed and washed. The bathroom especially had dirty walls and corners.

酒店附近有一家造纸厂，所以气味很难闻。停车场正在重新铺设，但并没有提到其他停车位。整体环境不太好。房间里的电视在床的右侧，很不方便。空调和冰箱/冰柜都关了。
很遗憾，这家酒店不达标。前台和管理人员都很有礼貌，但酒店不干净。床单有异味，还有污渍，非常不舒服。我的房费不予退还，我决定入住，但以后再也不会住了。多付点钱，你不会后悔的。
早餐种类不多，而且味道也不好。咖啡也难喝到不行。我要求他们多做点，他们却不肯。
没有热水，好像坏了……盘子很脏。家具上沾满了污渍……住宿体验一点也不好。为了确保房间设施一如既往，我不得不换房间，而且那天正好是我结婚十周年纪念日。
首先，我们预订周末房间时，酒店正在装修/施工，但没有任何提示。酒店描述中没有明确说明泳池是室外泳池，孩子们因为不会游泳而感到不满。酒店甚至很难找到一扇能用的门，也很难找到办理入住的地方。酒店的大部分停车位都被建筑设备或仓储拖车占用了。我们一进门办理入住，房间里就弥漫着一股怪味。电梯运行不顺畅，每次到四楼都会猛地一震，让人很担心。小厨房的橱柜里没有干净的餐具——我得先清洗干净才能用。沙发床的床垫上满是污渍，令人作呕。房间里的电视和书桌都坏了。所有带电源插座的开关都坏了，因为都跳闸了，所以必须手动打开。早餐很糟糕，很差劲——没有牛奶和麦片，选择也很有限。如果早知道的话，我们早就打包早餐了。房间里提供的一个烤盘根本放不进那个小烤箱——为什么要有它？入住时没有提供清晰的无线网络密码。床垫感觉没有得到床架的良好支撑，睡起来很不舒服——入住两天醒来都感觉脖子和背痛。非常令人失望的酒店住宿体验。不会再住了。不推荐。
