Ok stay for one night. Front desk employees were very nice and helpful. The carpet in the room was worn and had a piece cut out of it. There

was a musty smell in the room which may have been from a previous pet or something, and there was no soap in the bathroom. However, there was a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The bathroom was good and the sheets were clean. There was a nice exercise room and the hotel is in a good location. It’s good for the money but it not for you if you want ultra luxury

Bàd smell=old/mole or old drug. The bath tub didn’t drain well. Hair dryer didn’t work. Iron was broken the point-had to do it backward. I had to rush out to the 25th anniversary event. I was looking and feeling awful … smell smoking or something on the hallway when we walk out of our room (Room 314-double beds). They first gave us Room 402, but we didn’t accept it due to the bad comments about it. Please don’t ever go to this place. Everyone needs to be aware of this place. You would be regretting it. My friends rescued us that night, and we end up stayed in “Home 2…” crossed street. This place was so fresh, clean, and wonderful! I wish I can have the money back in full. It ruined our trip and everything!😭😭😭

First off I had 4 travelers and only 3 pillows in the room, had to wait until pillow finished washing before I got it, dried blood drips in hallway otw to the room, room had roaches, and smelt very strange, no coffee maker in the room and coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working.

The staff was nice and helpful and the bed was comfy however the room was very dirty with mold in the shower, dirty toilet, old carpet with lots of stains and the walls were full of stains. I saw about 10 cockroaches in my room. I was surprised because it is in a good part of town. It was cheaper but not worth it.

I had to call the after hours line to check in because we got there late in the night. The young man came straight down to check us in and was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. We were on the 4th floor and the property seemed quiet and safe.

Decent for the price. Exactly what you expect at an extended stay “hotel”. You may or may not have unwanted critters in your room. “Quiet hours” are non existent with the herd of buffalos that like to run the hallways and stairs.

Dirty Carpet Roach Room

Um well it was a place to lay down… I did not remove my clothes or sleep under the blankets there were roaches in both the rooms I was given the first room the ac did not work the second room the carpets look like they had not been cleaned ever

Great hotel hot water was out but my reservation was wrong on my end but the hotel worker understood and allowed me to check in regardless of the reservation mix up over all would definitely recommend the hotel and will be staying there again , also pretty much the cheapest hotel in fort smith ar and in a great area
