Be careful they charged me twice for the room and said I’d have my deposit back after checking out. Still no deposit returned and the duplication room charge is still pending I’ve repeatedly contacted them but I’m told they are working on it or that Trip.com can’t get through to them.. o and the charge comes up as woodlands hotel not doubletree Hilton for whatever reason.

酒店能自助洗衣，但是前台换不开coin。可以感受一下现在美国吃个随便早餐要卖肾的现状。
酒店位于市中心，距离Sedona 1小时车程，价格实惠，适合作为去Sedona或Phoenix落脚点。房间干净整洁
不喜欢这里的环境，第一，枕巾上面没有清洗干净，靠近电梯就算了，房间有异味。第二，前台服务员因我是第三方平台预定的，所以无法升级房型，她的意思我只有在他们平台才可以升级，这是我入住几个月同样品牌的酒店第一次遇到这样的理由，在他们国家、城市大部分都可以升级房型，要么就是等一下打扫干好以后需要等，而他们的服务是直接拒绝，并且当我面询问他们经理也是这回复，事实证明：越是小地方的事是真的很多，以后不会入住第二次。
以这个价格来说还不错，而且对宠物友好！

干净整齐，房间宽敞，大堂看着挺舒服！楼下有几家餐厅可供选择，作为66号公路上准备拐向大峡谷的一个途中休息点，确实不错！有洗衣房，刷房卡进入！
房间很干净，很好，但是下午楼上有点吵，离看星星的地方很近，去峡谷很方便，到sedona也很方便。免费停车。
这家酒店有泳池和热水浴缸。早餐还行。
卫生、环境、服务不错
我特别想推荐一下酒店内的餐厅，我在那里吃了早餐和晚餐，食物非常美味。此外，酒店位置优越，方便前往橡树溪峡谷游览。免费停车也是一大亮点。不过，房间里的瓶装水只提供给会员客人，这一点必须指出，算是一个不足之处。
