I requested a toothbrush and toothpaste, and the front desk said they would bring them up, but they never arrived. Also, I found the building to be quite old and felt that the overall experience didn’t match the price.

The lady at the front desk was rude and had no customer service skills. It felt like it was a bother to check in. She also told me the water in the room was “complimentary” but I was charged $4.50 for a cheap brand of bottled water. I never dare to drink the bottles of water in a hotel room, but the filter on the ice/water bottle filler was flashing red and overdue to be changed. After a long drive, it would be nice to have somewhere with a clean filter to fill up a water bottle.

Stay this past weekend and hotel was extremely busy.

位置很好，很安全，房间现代又舒适。
位置很棒，员工热情友好。房间干净舒适。下次来我还会选择这家酒店。
