The room was clean the staff was so friendly and pleasant.
The breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty.
Whenever we visit family in Jacksonville, Alabama we will be staying here.

Staff was courteous, the room was large and well-equipped with coffee necessities, cups for everything, plenty of towels, small fridge, two comfy queen beds, and a makeup remover towelette. I wear plenty of makeup, and always feel guilty if I stain the linens. Breakfast was bountiful and tasty-omelets, sausage, waffles, hot oatmeal, bakery, yogurt, fruit, and fruit juices. Great place at a great price!

We checked in thru *******, the staff was courteous, room clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful.
Only draw back was the hotel had no hot water...we were there for only one night and made do...Expedia gave us a discount and it was fine.

We arrived early and asked if a room was available. There wasn't but the front desk attendant said she would do what she could, even though the hotel was totally sold out. Within an hour we had a room! Kudos to the hotel staff for accommodate our request.

Nice hotel near bike trail allowed me to park my truck on property over 5 days while enjoyed the bike trail and area.
我在酒店住了9个小时，期间先后看到了三只蟑螂，分别在浴室和床边。我非常失望。酒店工作人员没有采取任何行动，前台似乎也并不感到惊讶。
我已经为这间房付了200美元一晚的房费，他们还收了50美元的押金，结果房间脏得令人作呕，泳池里全是虫子，我简直无语了。
无法接受 - 没有热水
整个入住期间都没有热水，我们在办理入住手续时也没有被告知热水器的问题。天气只有 30 度，冷水却很冷。糟糕的住宿体验，酒店暗示因为我是通过 ********** 预订的，所以他们无法退还任何款项以弥补不便。我不知道通过第三方预订会让不愉快的体验变得更糟。以后不太可能再使用 ********** 或入住汉普顿酒店/希尔顿酒店。无法接受。
