The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in a hotel. Great stay and will return.

The dude that text me and needs to be retrained. I don’t work there. I don’t know where everything is.
Silly things like that advertisement for the co-op restaurant inside the elevator door or not well applied.
There’s an absolutely gorgeous park behind the property, that is completely inaccessible because the restaurant has the entire veranda, except for one little tiny door from the swimming pool area to one for Sunday then.

Stayed one night. So not there long enough to judg
We were very disappointed that you pay for parking. Luckily we found a place outside parking garage. So we did not have to pay. Unless it comes up on our bill. I am handicapped and had to park very far away. The lot was about full to capacity. The room was very clean and no complaints. The free breakfast was good, just good.

All the staffing was very helpful and so polite. The room was very and will stocked with towels and very thing else we needed. I forgot my bag and I was able to turn around to go back and get it and the front desk young had already been back to the room and got it got me. The breakfast food omg was awesome everything was fresh. Thank everyone so much

My stay was enjoyable but the staff was not very helpful. It was disappointing that we were not able to have coffee on the day of the event and the coffee machine was down. I just don’t think the hotel accommodation for so many women who only stayed there because of the conference was considerate of our needs.
这家酒店还不错，但没我想象中那么好，不过很干净。浴室可以翻新一下了，浴缸周围的瓷砖填缝也该重新弄一下。但总体来说，不是个糟糕或让人恶心的地方。空调坏了。制冷机时好时坏，无论我怎么调，房间温度每分钟都在升高。我刚入住时房间是70华氏度。我把空调设到67度，20分钟后就变成72度了。酒店里其他几个人告诉我他们都不得不换房间。我没在那里过夜，晚上9点就离开了。太热太潮湿了。
工作人员很棒，非常乐于助人且善解人意。前台那位女士应该加薪。因为工作人员很出色，我会考虑再试一次这家酒店（等他们修好空调之后）。
酒店很棒，房间非常宽敞。空调很安静，睡觉时不会吹到脸上。非常干净。早餐很棒，如果需要，还可以点厨师做的热菜。
