Hotel was under construction. Lots of noise and disturbance. Stairs also loud. Room needed repairs and has had lots of botched repairs. Sheets had spots on them. Table and other surfaces not cleaned. Room was the most expensive in the area, but did not meet my expectations at all. Im a Hilton Honors member and a Marriot honors member. I will stick with Marriot next time.

This is a beautiful hotel. Great location. Lots of parking. The room was pristine. The only negative was some construction, but at least they are actively working to keep the hotel up-to-Date and made sure work was stopped by 5pm.

我和孩子们一起旅行的时候，我预订的房间被卖了，到现在还没收到退款。
价格却只有汽车旅馆6号的品质，真是希尔顿的价格。
我对这个价格非常失望。酒店没有网络连接，闹钟上只有一个USB接口，仅此而已！我们有不止两台设备需要连接。酒店正在施工，周六晚上6点才恢复营业。
卧室里的电视没有连接网络，所以根本无法观看。空调也不好用，房间里感觉很潮湿。我对这个价格非常不满意。
我们入住期间，泳池的热水浴缸无法使用
当被问到什么时候修好时，他们回答说只要他们修好就行。所以我要求打折，但他们说不打折。我们总是选择 Embassy Suites 的原因是因为它有室内泳池和热水浴缸。我询问了旅行社的折扣，他们也说不打折，但总的来说，房间一如既往地棒极了
楼层经理解决了我们预订时的一个重大问题，当时前台服务员把我们的房间让给了我。他能够为那些客人换房间，以满足我的特殊健康需求。感谢上帝，因为国家地区的公司员工根本帮不上什么忙。
服务很棒，而且很干净。本来可以给 5 星，但每次我们出去时，我们的钥匙卡都不能用，每次都必须去前台重新编程。服务很棒，每个人都很有礼貌
我们度过了一个愉快的周末。所有工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人。这家酒店非常适合举办大型团体聚会。大家都玩得很开心。
工作人员非常热情，因为我们带着 3 岁和 6 岁的孩子。早餐很棒，房间非常宽敞
