Desk attendant was extremely nice, answered questions that we had in a friendly manner, and was overall a sweet person. Hallway and room had bad odor. I’m sensitive to smells so it was unsettling. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff were also very sweet and helpful. The only issue that I had was the smell. Overall a nice stay.

The general manager Mandy was absolutely amazing. Her staff was also. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the coffee were great. The homemade cookies they had by the coffee were a great treat.

The hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping) was friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean. Everyone asked how the stay was. They certainly appeared to truly care. Thanks.

The room was clean considering the age of the facility. They are in the process of remodeling and I was notified of this upon check-in. The remodeling did not interfere with our stay. Friendly and efficient staff.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Guntersville, Alabama. Everything and everyone was great; excellent service, excellent customer service and support, and accommodations for my disability were good. Only one thing that I would suggest is putting a less tall mattress on the bed. I had some trouble transferring from my wheelchair onto the mattress as it was too tall. Other than that, I will definitely stay there again and highly recommended them to to others!!
