There was no heat. The room was 63 degrees. We were able to get a space heater but why not have heat. We were told it had not been turned on for the season.

The bathroom toilet flooded both nights of my stay. It flooded into the bedroom areaand when i asked for some type of reimbursement for the inconvenience, the front desk told me there was nothing they can do! I will not be back!

Great place to stay
Everything was perfect. The only thing I would mention is the preparation for the busy weekend wasnt taken in consideration. The hotel wasnt ready for the crowd. Long wait times to check in. The staff was professional though which is a plus.

Room was Clean. Staff was accommodating. Didn’t visit the bar but it looked nice and welcoming. Parking was easy. The air in the room wasn’t very cold but because we were running late I didn’t make it an issue. The room had cooled once we returned that night.

Excellent experience! Our check in employee was awesome and even offered cheesecake in the lounge area. The only thing that was a downer is they charged $15/parking per night. This is new and I am not a fan!
