The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. However, I wasn’t prepared for the added cost of parking and lack of continental breakfast. For the price of the rooms, I assumed there would be things that came with it. It is somewhat difficult to get out onto the main highway from the hotel.
Again, beautiful hotel, but probably won’t stay there again with kids.

酒店竟然收了我522美元,就因为我从他们的杂货店买了一袋花生。退房时我发现这笔费用,他们说会退款。现在已经过去五天了,他们还扣着我的钱。这家酒店太差劲了,管理也烂透了。千万别住这家希尔顿酒店。
入住当天(10月19日,星期日),我打电话询问是否可以提前几分钟入住,一位名叫Shirl的员工(态度非常粗鲁,令人反感)告诉我她不知道,因为酒店已经客满了,她还没跟经理确认过。她拒绝确认我是否可以提前入住。当我到达酒店时,当时只有我一个人在办理入住,而那位服务员却完全不明白我在说什么。我当时很不自在,但那位服务员的态度让我非常恼火。
健身房很棒。
房间在顶楼,很不错,浴室墙壁有些损坏,而且我们竟然在淋浴间发现了一只蝾螈。
健身中心非常干净,配备了所有最新的器材,真的很棒。
唯一不足之处是房间的视野只能看到酒店其他部分的屋顶,看起来很糟糕。不过我想这也没什么办法。
早餐非常美味,但没想到要收费,我以为是免费的。
前往酒店的路线和指示牌有点让人摸不着头脑,从高速公路过来的红绿灯也等了很久,但总的来说,这里是个很棒的地方。
糟糕的员工
柜台后面的女士态度冷淡,根本不理会我关于重复收费的担忧。旅行本来就充满压力,如果员工这样对待你,你肯定不想再去 Hiton 了。
我的预订信息里唯一没提到的就是早餐和停车都要收费;而大多数餐厅的早餐都是免费的。
