This is the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. There are usually one or two that stand out on a stay. Not here. Every staff member was so greeting, happy, helpful and patient!!! Definitely would recommend.

Sites need to be renovated. The last 2 residence inn suites have been poorly maintained and desperately need updating…bathroom ventilation, ac units, limited parking & no security was in the parking areas. The design of the rooms is inefficient. The door stuck to the frame and was difficult to open.

Room was great, clean and had all the amenities we needed except body lotion.
We had to leave for the hospital before breakfast.
The front desk staff at check in, after 7PM, was not very friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Property was immaculate. Breakfast was great and area was clean. Food was fresh and fully stocked. Rooms were very clean and adequately stocked with all necessities.

Overall experience was “mid”
The room was clean. The door to the room was crooked, hard to shut. There is only one ice machine in the hotel that is on the sixth floor. Elevators were slow. The front desk crew could have been friendlier. The breakfast crew were super nice.

员工热情友好，酒店干净整洁，周边环境也很安全！停车不太方便，而且停车费大约20美元。我们没找到停车位，只好停在路边，酒店很爽快地帮我们免去了停车费，没有任何问题！下次肯定还会再来！
