Our room was very clean. We had everything that we could possibly need. Every employee was friendly and helpful!

Thermostat on wall was confusing to switch from heat to cool so I used the unit itself to control the temperature cause it had a thermostat as well. The toilet tank water continuously ran, but I reported it to be fixed. Overall nice stay.

My boss had rental a lake house for his family and asked my husband and I to join them for Labor Day weekend at Lake Martin. He rented this hotel due to its very convenient location to the house (10min). The hotel was fine. It’s a bit older but clean and the A/C was terrific after a long hot day on the lake. We only ate the free breakfast the last day as we went over to my bosses Lakehouse to eat breakfast every morning. On the last day we grabbed breakfast and it was good. It was also nice to have grab and go bags to take with us for our trip back home. They had a bottle of water, an apple, a bagel, a napkin, and some jelly and peanut butter in each bag. They seemed a bit stingy with the towels in the room, wish we didn’t have to ask for more everyday. They only were servicing rooms every other day so on our Sunday-Wednesday stay we didn’t get service at all (which seems like we should have gotten serviced on Tuesday since we checked in on Sunday and checked out on Wednesday morning). Overall I would stay here again due to the cleanliness and the convenience to the Lake and local places.

The Hampton Inn was very clean and neat with a wonderful variety at their breakfast option.
There was a problem when we checked in and 2 credit cards were charged instead of one. Monique was very professional and, hopefully one of the cards will be refunded.

Clean and comfortable
Traveling for wedding. Rachel was phenomenal! She was able to get us checked in and in our room with efficiency and a smile. Room was clean and super roomy. We had a room with king bed. Room had fridge and microwave. A little dated but clean and comfortable.

Everything was great for my first time staying here , had one small problem and it was resolved very quickly. Would definitely stay here again
