Waited at front door for 10 minutes as desk clerk was in bathroom. Ned and pillows are not comfortable. Dirty wash cloth on shower rod.

Friendly great hot tub nice locatoin
hot tub was HOT Good! The breakfast was ok. Ive had worse. very friendly. We would stay again!

Tighten up
There were little red stains on the drawer handle , didn’t look so clean but we had already booked and arrived to our room like 1:30 in the morning

I had a very pleasant stay and breakfast was superb. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. If I ever visit Florida again I would book a stay again at Marriott Residence Inn.

非常舒适且便利的住宿地点。员工热情有礼，乐于助人。酒店内外都非常干净。
不满意
我的房间里有虫子，两只虫子在我的胳膊上留下了红印。浴室里也有虫子。他们没有提供清洁服务。整个入住期间，房间根本没有打扫过。
我和我丈夫实际上并没有在酒店“入住”。我于2024年7月1日预订了一间套房，计划于2024年7月9日入住一晚。7月8日，我提前在网上办理了入住手续，并于7月9日下午3:40到达酒店。抵达后，我们被告知酒店“超额预订”，因此没有空房。从7月1日到我们下午3:40到达酒店，我们从未收到过没有空房的通知。真是丢脸。
