The heater did not work. They switched my room and the toilet was leaking in the new room. There was a ball of hair in the shower and urine all over the toilet seat. The lock on the bedroom door was broke.

All of the staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with the TV in our room but we able to switch to a new room quickly and without any issue. The location was good and close to the stadium (we were there for the JSU game) and everything was pretty clean and well kept.

The heating unit was making noise on check in and they moved us immediately. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Someone was there within the hour t o fix it

Checking in was easy. The room was clean. I really enjoyed the happy hour. The kitchen attendant was really nice. I slept well, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also good, and the coffee was strong. Overall great experience. I would stay here again.
