It was a very welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff and service were excellent; they were all friendly and courteous. The breakfast was hot and had great selections.
The suite was spacious, clean, and no odors. The kitchen was well well updated and stocked. The most important amenity was the comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. I was very impressed with the property, it's amenities, and the courteous staff.

Overall comfortable stay, in need of more care.
The staff was friendly. Our room was comfortable and in good condition . The hotel property was not well maintained. Hallways and stairways were dirty (unswept) and remained that way during our 4 day stay (Fri-Mon). We went out to use the pool, but it was not suitable to swim in. The water was cloudy and appeared contaminated. The back patio was a nice area, but not maintained or cared for. Lots of furnishing and seating areas, but cushions and tables were dirty and uncared for.

Pest control showed up 10 minutes after we got into the room. The towels were stained. Only one garbage can in the entire room. I talked the hotel twice and a $100 deposit was requested at check in but I wasn't aware. She refused another card and said I it had to be the same card. I paid for the room 2 weeks in advance. SMH, in the end she accepted a different card but gave me a hard time up front.

Nice size but big problem
The size of the room was awesome for a family of five. We had a suite however this hotel definitely has a roach problem. Luckily they stayed on only half of our room, but it was still pretty gross to deal with that and although the hotel says they’re renovated this room still looks like it needs renovated so not sure if this room was done yet.

We stayed in the 1 room suite with 2 double beds and a pull out couch. The room needed to be maintained and touched up better because the over all look of the room was less than impressive and it was hard to say if the floor was just dirty or not maintained well. The floor is all vinyl planks, covered in scuffs, damage, stains, whatever. The door to the room didn’t close, there were visible stains on the couch and chair. The breakfast was excellent, lots of hot food options, everything tasted great.

Family Vacation & was not sure about choosing a hotel in areas in & around Jackson. This was convenient to airport and we were very pleased with the area & rooms.

还在等Staybridge或*******批准我的请求。
沙发很脏，门窗上贴着胶带，从来没清理过。我猜是有人为了他们高档的酒店派对，用胶带把灯或气球粘了起来。一条全尺寸的浴巾给三个客人用。总的来说，有点脏。
我们的房间很热，空调肯定坏了。房间里弥漫着印度菜的味道，淋浴排水管也脏兮兮的，墙上还有蚂蚁爬。再也不来了。
