We love staying here. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and clean and the location is perfect for Ball Arena.

Very clean and mostly everything worked well. Shower pressure washer wasn't great, and I feel parking was pretty expensive. But you can walk to ball arena and the Christmas market very easily. Breakfast was provided and had loads of options. Free coffee was also available theouout the day which is nice.

Room was clean and nicely updated. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We were there for an concert and they had a special patio event tailored to that show which I thought was a great touch. Breakfast was lack luster due to lack of options and so-so quality.
The cost of valet is extremely high in my opinion. There isn't much overnight parking around that area so it traps you into paying the $54/night rate. The staff at valet were very kind and helpful though so you are at least getting taken care of! Very walkable to a variety of dining options and super close to Ball Arena. I would stay here again!

Wow. They definitely make customer service their priority. When we checked in, we had mentioned we were going to seek crème brûlée. The young ladies immediately got on their computer and found a few places near by that have crème brûlée while we were checking in. Then the next morning while we’re eating at the breakfast bar, the whole staff were super friendly. We will definitely return!

房间干净，服务得体，早餐不错，设施不陈旧，淋浴设计和水温都很舒服。要注意的是没有停车场，代客泊车一夜五十多美金，白天三十多。
还可以吧 可惜没有拖鞋 卫生间有点简陋 早餐也非常简陋 可能美国早餐都这样..
早餐区域太小，端着盘子等位子…有的老外直接拿回房间吃
