Went for concert at Ball Arena.
This hotel was lovely. Right by the Ball arena so we just walked over for the concert. The breakfast was lovely. The room was nice. Great stay overall.

The room was fine other than the refrigerator only works for 2 hours at a time, it has a timer on it to reduce electricity usage. There was one staff member at the counter that is extremely rude, everyone else was fine. There is construction going on right next door on the Mountain View rooms and there is only valet parking.

If you want a fantastic hotel with comfy beds, free excellent breakfast and steps from the Ball Arena then stay here. Also the burger at the restaurant there was so good we had it for dinner both nights. Next concert I’ll definitely stay there again!
