We were placed in room 110. We were not told the room was next to the breakfast area. Every morning, we heard the person in the kitchen preparing breakfast. Very noisy. The thermostat did not work properly. It was either too warm or too cold. It did not run consistently. We called the front desk, and we were told the system was automated and nothing could be done. The front desk clerks were not friendly. We were never greeted with a "good morning" or "good evening." The clerks were on their phones quite a bit. Overall, not the best experience.

Breakfast was very good, and the lady working there was very pleasant and helpful. Bed…perfect. Temp control in room…perfect. BUT… no heat lamp or fan in bathroom. No clock in room. Chairs in the room extremely uncomfortable. Self Parking was nice… and at no cost, as was breakfast. No chest if drawers for unpacking luggage.

We loved the breakfast area and the all day coffee. We were surprised by the small frigid and microwave in the room.

简直是一场噩梦
我和家人最近因暴风雨被迫流离失所，在汉普顿酒店住了一晚，希望能在紧张的时期得到一些休息。不幸的是，我们的体验一点也不轻松。
凌晨2点左右，我们被隔壁房间里的喧闹派对吵醒，后来闹得越来越大，甚至连治安部门都不得不出手干预。就在我们准备安顿下来的时候，凌晨3点，火警警报响了，迫使整个酒店的人都疏散到停车场。我们始终没有被告知什么时候可以安全返回房间，这让我们感到困惑和疲惫。
之后我联系了酒店管理层表达了我们的担忧，但他们的回应却很敷衍。他们声称已经按照所有程序进行了，并且对疏散过程中的混乱和沟通不畅不承担任何责任。
鉴于管理层对此事的处理不当以及完全缺乏问责制，我可以肯定地说，我们再也不会住在这家汉普顿酒店了。
荒谬的施工
施工噪音太大。锤钻、锯子、粉尘石膏等。应该关闭这个地方
不错的酒店，有我们需要的东西。可爱而乐于助人的员工。
