Please know that our front desk works on laundry in the back office during down time, so while they are not always present during slower periods, they can see the cameras and should be coming out as soon as they see someone at the desk. I apologize if that was not the case. Next, you'll be happy to know that the renovation we are currently under is to update all guest room bathrooms. This renovation just started about 6 weeks ago, but once it concludes, all guest room bathrooms will be brand new like the rest of the room. Lastly, I appreciate you bringing the wall unit to our attention. They do have clings on them that let you know to use the controls on the wall, but I have written up a maintenance slip for him to take a look at it and make sure it is not in fact coming out of the wall. Our bathroom toilet in our room did not flush properly, wasnt fixed until next morning when checking out. Some features that are ususlly present were not there--things such as a pitcher of water with ice & lemon, bottled water was not offered ,(I am a honors member) bathroom amenities were parse! Will not stay at this Hampton Inn again.

前台的 Celeste 非常热情，我的房间也足够宽敞，哈哈，房间里的咖啡太难喝了，早餐时的咖啡很棒
我们房间楼上正在举行婚礼，非常吵闹。我们一直睡到凌晨 4 点才睡着。最后打电话给前台，才安静下来，我们睡了几个小时。不开心。
