Please know that our front desk works on laundry in the back office during down time, so while they are not always present during slower periods, they can see the cameras and should be coming out as soon as they see someone at the desk. I apologize if that was not the case. Next, you'll be happy to know that the renovation we are currently under is to update all guest room bathrooms. This renovation just started about 6 weeks ago, but once it concludes, all guest room bathrooms will be brand new like the rest of the room. Lastly, I appreciate you bringing the wall unit to our attention. They do have clings on them that let you know to use the controls on the wall, but I have written up a maintenance slip for him to take a look at it and make sure it is not in fact coming out of the wall. Stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping because of Thanksgiving.we arrived on Tuesday, Wednesday they said would do housekeeping even though they do it every two days but because of Thanksgiving they would do it on Wednesday since no service when it was supposed to be done. However, garbage cans full and no service Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday left Friday. Of course, no reduction in price and no complimentary snacks. Patricia said she would give us an extra garbage bag. Wow
