这是我们住过的最差的SpringHill Suites酒店。绝对称不上一家三星级的酒店。浴室的墙壁和天花板上都发霉了。梳妆台的灯光很差。地毯很脏。一切都感觉很旧。就连房间里的颜色都不太好看。房间里弥漫着以前吸烟室的味道。而且，作为套房来说，房间非常小，比SpringHill Suites的双人大床套房还要小。入住手续办理得很快，效率很高，但服务员的友好程度却谈不上高。绝对达不到标准。

Certainly in keeping with what you would expect from a SpringHill Suites, consistent with others in this chain. When we first checked in, we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. The same thing happened to another guest arriving at the same time. The staff quickly resolved the issue and immediately moved us to a clean room, which was ready and comfortable. I imagine it was just a communication issue between the front desk and housekeeping.

I was disappointed that the place was dirty. There were crumbs in the bed under the comforter. also, hair. The tv didn't work in the first room so they put us in another one. There was no tv guide nor any documentation on attractions in the area. The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms.

Safe as a solo traveler.

I there was an issue of the bathtub draining; however, it was addressed and fixed within minutes. The food could use a few more healthy choices, but was tasty. As a solo traveler, I felt safe.

Convenient. The room was freezing. Couldnt control the temperature. Didnt know how to turn on the tv. The water from sink faucet came out sideways, getting the counter all wet. We had to put towels to keep the water from going to the floor. No bath mat. The tub was very slippery and my husband fell, hitting his head on the shower wall.. i had to be careful as I had foot surgery and couldn't afford a fall.
