Very nice room! It was much larger than expected with a nice lounge area with sink, fridge, and microwave. The room and hotel was modern and very clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods and healthy options.

Great location with easy access to the interstate. Large, comfortable suites and a solid breakfast with the exception of the coffee which was lukewarm

Certainly in keeping with what you would expect from a SpringHill Suites, consistent with others in this chain. When we first checked in, we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. The same thing happened to another guest arriving at the same time. The staff quickly resolved the issue and immediately moved us to a clean room, which was ready and comfortable. I imagine it was just a communication issue between the front desk and housekeeping.

醒来时浑身都是臭虫咬的。为了去急诊室，错过了我来参加的婚礼。酒店拒绝退还我两晚的房费，结果我被臭虫咬了20多口。我还在房间里打死了一只蜘蛛。我对房间、服务以及他们拒绝道歉或退款的行为感到恶心。这家酒店到处都很脏。这是我人生中最糟糕的酒店体验。
这是我们住过的最差的SpringHill Suites酒店。绝对称不上一家三星级的酒店。浴室的墙壁和天花板上都发霉了。梳妆台的灯光很差。地毯很脏。一切都感觉很旧。就连房间里的颜色都不太好看。房间里弥漫着以前吸烟室的味道。而且，作为套房来说，房间非常小，比SpringHill Suites的双人大床套房还要小。入住手续办理得很快，效率很高，但服务员的友好程度却谈不上高。绝对达不到标准。
如果可以打零分，我一定会打。我们被安排了一间浴室很脏的房间。马桶没打扫干净，浴缸里还有头发。他们给我们安排了另一间马桶里有粪便的房间！我们离开了酒店。

没有浴室防滑垫，没有洗手液，也没有备用的卫生纸，浴室里的两面镜子中有一面很脏，淋浴墙和浴室门上粘满了头发，垃圾桶后面和下面堆满了食物残渣。这个地方急需升级和维护。
可以改进。
灯具里满是虫子和灰尘。酒店公共区域闷热难受。早餐不好。早上5点就被叫醒，这我可不想。浴室和淋浴需要升级。淋浴喷头已经腐蚀了。
