Very nice people, clean room.

Only down side was that the bathroom fan didn't turn on, which is probably fine if no one in your group poops. Otherwise, it's bad.

We were very impressed by this place. Clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast was similar to other places, but was appreciated and the scrambled eggs were done well.

Its location along the Columbia River and Park would be enough to label it "fantastic", but the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and exceptionally helpful, the room was well proportioned, comfortable, parking was easy, safe, location was easy to find arriving by rental car.

This place is probably the best in the Tri-Cities! The room was large and clean, continental breakfast was more than I’ve come to expect, and the front desk staff were very friendly The best part though is the location, right on the riverwalk and walkable to the little center area of Richland The parking lot is well lit with plenty of spaces One thing to note is that there were a ton of children running around the place, especially in the pool and hot tub…not really my jam, but I’d never hold that against the hotel I’m not sure if this is normal or if there was something special that drew large families that weekend

This property has a great location on the Columbia River right next to Howard Amon Park, with access to the riverfront walking path. We attended a riveting play at The Richmond Players, just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Front desk was professional and helpful at check-in and our room was clean and comfortable. We plan to stay here during our next visit to The Tri-Cities.

I was participating in the ironman this past weekend and this hotel made me feel so welcomed! They had posters and snacks in the lobby to cheer on all the racers. It was super sweet
