Room and service were excellent! I enjoyed the spacious shower, and had I known there was an indoor pool I would’ve brought a bathing suit! I look forward to staying there again should my travels take me to Mechanicsville, Virginia.

Didn't like the layout of the hotel with the pool in the lobby and cramped breakfast area. My room was not what I paid for and requested. I didn't like my room directly across from the elevator. Traveling with a friend and was given a king size bed instead of two queens. Was unable to make changes because of using a third party to make the reservation.

room was cancelled when we got there. was told it was being transferred to next door. they had no clue what they were doing "next door". my points i used to book the room did not work and had to pay cash due to room being cancelled. then the room we didn't book originally costed us more and wasn't out fault...not even where we wanted to stay.

I always stay here when I come up to Richmond for a hometown visit! Its always clean and comfortable. Plenty of dining options and shopping aswell in the immediate area! Thanks again for a great stay!

在告知酒店工作人员浴室严重漏水后，前台接待员并未主动提出为我们更换房间。此外，她也拒绝让我们延迟一小时退房（通常退房时间为上午 11:00）。
经历了这些问题之后，前台接待员至少应该允许我们延迟退房一小时。
前台接待员告诉 ******* 我们预订时出现了错误，但实际上错误出在 ******* 和 Hampton 酒店之间。联系 ******* 后，他们确认记录中的入住日期是正确的。
鉴于以上情况，我对这家酒店的看法已经改变，不会向我的任何同事推荐。
我周五入住。周六我外出了一整天，回来发现房间没打扫干净。我问了工作人员，他们说房间隔天打扫一次。周日我又外出了一整天，回来发现房间还是没打扫干净。我问了工作人员，他们说房间是每三天打扫一次。周一我又外出了一整天，回来发现房间还是没打扫干净。我问了工作人员，他们这时已经找不到借口了。我只好自己要干净的毛巾。周二我又外出了一整天，回来后房间终于干净了。
这地方简直是个垃圾场。希望我以后再也不用住这里了。
前台经理夸梅对我们照顾得无微不至！
他确保我们对房间满意。我们刚到的时候房间里有一股淡淡的化粪池气味，即使我们打开空调也没能散去，所以他给我们换了房间，之后我们住得很愉快。早餐也很棒，有很多新鲜水果。
房间第二天没打扫，也没人送来干净的毛巾和抹布。房门很难打开，枕头扁得像煎饼一样。价格也不便宜，早餐几乎什么都没有，实在令人失望。以后不会再订这家酒店了，非常不满意。
