We booked after a terrible experience at another hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly and welcoming environment. Upon arrival we instantly took notice of how good it smelled in the hotel. The staff member I believe was named Jen and was very cheerful and fun to chat with while checking in. We were offered snacks and given all the information upon check in. We booked a king suite luxury and we were very pleased with the room. Our room was clean and comfortable with a sitting room, kitchen, spacious bathroom with separate toilet and shower which we were a big fan of. The room was provided with nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable. We were able to get a late check out and that was added bonus! and overall we enjoyed our stay.

While the room was clean and the staff pleasant it was nothing out of the ordinary. That said the room rate, especially on a non-race weekend, was ridiculous. Sure it’s one of only two hotels in the area without a consistent police presence of you know what I mean but geez they’re proud.

Good stay for the value
A very good value hotel. It was clean, offered snacks and the staff were pleasant.

房间里气味难闻，毛巾很脏，床单上有头发，冰箱也不冷。房间里的冷气很差，淋浴间和厕所脏得令人作呕。唯一值得庆幸的是，我到达时前台的那位女士非常棒，热情友好，乐于助人。
史上最差床垫
这是我睡过的最差的床垫。硬得像石头一样，今天我的背疼得要命。
我每周都出差，住过很多汉普顿酒店……这张床绝对是最差的。赶紧换掉！！
