Staff was good. Room was clean but smelled of dog. Didn't realize when I booked it that it was pet friendly. Breakfast was good. I was worried about being so close to the elevators but it was for the most part quiet. Overall it was nice and I’d stay again, minus the pet odor.

I got there late and left early, but in the short time I was there everything was clean and modern. Staff was courteous and efficient...what more could you ask for.

Food options was limited in area, so I had to travel 30 miles to the buffet. Room was not ready, even after 5:00 PM. No discount for pastors was provided and the cleaning crew acted like they were rushing me to leave by knocking on the door or asking me if I was leaving, even before the time to vacate, such knocking at 9:30 AM and asking at 10:00 AM. Vacate time was 11:00 AM. No one like to feel rushed when spending their money for the room.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend and will be staying again the next time I am in the area.

Bed was not comfortable. No cleaning of the room while at was there for the two nights, toilet paper was out. Tube was not clean. Was not please at all for all the money i spent for my 2 days stay. Staff was not friendly when I checked in. I willl definitely not go back or refer anyone to the Hampton Inn in Gretna Virginia.😝
