Overall it was great. Suggest identifying what is recycling and what is trash in the breakfast area, folks dumped everything in both cans. Also, the coffee makers are fancier than the quality of the coffee. A regular coffee dispenser would be quicker.

Staff was hard working. Hot water for shower took too long. Coffee stains remained on the floor in the lobby for at least 48 hours with no one cleaning it up.

Fragrance in room stunk, pillows, covers, and sheets smelled of fragrance, shower door stuck, no water pressure, took forever for water to warm up, not enough towels or wash clothes, sticky floors, pillows too big.

It is really sad that the owners don’t take care of the bathrooms/ repair. The wood around the sink base was cracking open because the water flows off the edge of the counter and is causing wood rot. The shower curtain smelled sour/ mildewed. There was mold in the shower. The bedroom part was comfortable enough but good grief…. Clean the dang bathroom!! There is no excuse for mold

Our room was not as clean as it could have been. The walls were not very soundproof in that we could hear the TV loud and clear from our next door neighbor as well as all the footsteps from the people above us. The breakfast was fair. The front desk associate was friendly though and the beds were comfortable.
在这个小城镇能找到这样的酒店非常好。设备非常新，非常干净。也非常友好，关键是早餐因为人少以为早餐的品质要下降，恰恰相反，早餐的品质跟别Holiday inn集团的酒店是一样的。非常的称赞!
上次入住的时候，没有提供日常清洁服务。希望下次不要再这样了。
