I left my date book in the room and I called back and talked to Keyah she went up and got it from my room and i called back she said she would krep it for me. Now ive been trying to get it and they said they dont have.

Desk staff and all staff were great.

I love bacon. There was none. Kind of a gray colored sausage patty The waffle was good with real butter !

I made a reservation weeks in advance and they oversold, didn't tell me, and gave my room away. Then they were unhelpful, rude, and didn't help me find accommodation anywhere else.

Because the booking was made through a third-party site (*******), your direct contact information was not included with your reservation. We reached out to ******* the day before your arrival to notify them of the issue and again at 4:10 PM on the day of your reservation in an effort to reach you.Unfortunately, since the reservation was not made directly with us, our ability to contact you or make changes was limited. However, we did work with ******* to try and get in touch with you as quickly as possible.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused and appreciate your understanding
