The room was adequate. Few amenities. Staff was nice AC /heat was good.
The hotel needs a remodel and reception needs professional, business dressed staff. We stay here every time we visit MP and have for years and we agree that the reception staff is always scruffy looking and dressed for a sporting event not work.
The bathroom shower was not adequate for a handicapped person. How could we have sat on the shower bench and managed the hand held shower at the other end of the tub. The hose was too short and anyway how to manipulate the water temp and flow?!

Overall the room was lean and comfortaable, and the front desk clerk allowed me to check in slightly early. This was much appreciated after a very long drive.
I did miss having a clock radio in the room, so I can check time if I wake in the night, without having to turn on a light and check watch. Not everyone is ****** into the Smartphone matrix.
Also, The breakfast items need to be checked more frequently. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6, and when I came down at 6:15, there was no bacon and very few sausages. And I saw a case for cinnamon rolls, but there were none.

I reserved a handicapped room with a roll in shower. I did NOT have a handicapped room and definitely not a roll in shower. The toilet was so low that it was difficult to stand up after use. It was not a safe room for me.

I had a room reserved a week in advance. The Confirmation Number was received. My credit card was charged immediately. Upon arrival, my reservation was cancelled because of overbooking. When I ask the desk clerk what I should do, she just told me to go to another town and find a different motel.

一切都很好，除了第二天早上没有热早餐，因为那天早上有人请假了。接手摆放冷食的女孩对这份工作很不满。

房间很干净，工作人员也很友善。我们只是在那里短暂过夜，把它当作前往匹兹堡大学的途中停留点。我们住在底楼，窗户没有窗帘，而是用一小块布料遮挡着。我们唯一的不满是，房间应该配备酒店标准的窗帘。
