I tried to cancel my reservation with your awful company. Your policy regarding no cancelation is absurd. Had I known that, I never would have booked with your awful company. Your customer service rating should be a zero. My mom broke her leg and we were not able to check in but you charged me anyway. I will never ever use your services again. People please book directly with any hotels. It’s not worth the headache. Your company is just awful. You are only interested in keeping peoples money and not offering good services.

Hair that wasn’t mine was in the shower and the whole place needs an upgrade. Peeling wallpaper, stained bathroom grout, overall just dingy. There are other options in the area to choose.
