The air conditioner was very loud in our room and one of the electric shades did not work. Overall ok, but noisy to sleep.

They don’t clean your room, make your beds, change your sheets or the towels or do anything else unless you stay more than two nights. Gives the Hampton name a bad rap.

Had charges to my room that were not mine. Told them to check their camera for time of purchase. It will show it was not me or my daughter. Will not be staying there again.

Decent enough room. A little pricey for the area and what you get. There is not much green space for dogs, but pets are accepted. Noisy AC unit that runs constantly when on. It would be nice if the only cooked egg option didn't include meat. Solid 3/5.

We had a quick overnight stay at this hotel and it was really good! Beds were a bit squeaky but other than that, everything was clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good. Overall a great stay!

我们周五和周六晚上住在汉普顿酒店。周六，我们的马桶堵了。我下楼报告了这个问题，说需要马上修。但入住前台的人似乎不知道该怎么处理。我下楼待了5到10分钟。回到房间后，发现门没锁。我进去后，前台的人说只是下水慢，最终会完全堵住。从周六到周日我们离开时，马桶一直没能冲水。周日早上我一早就跟前台反映，却被告知他们没有人来处理。像这样的事情应该立即处理，即使他们不得不从社区请水管工来。
