TV had been left on when moving into the room. Long dark hairs were found on the "clean" bath towel. Shower drain was clogged and resulted in over an inch of scummy, soapy water when finished. Not quiet.

Doors to each hotel room were not sealed, I could hear everyone walking outside my room. In the hallway I could hear the person across the hall in their shower. The thermostat in my room didn't work so my room was freezing al night. Just overall not great.

Check in process was a nightmare. Didn’t get rooms as requested. Needed connecting rooms, next to each other or at very least same floor. None of the above happened. Very frustrating traveling with a large family with kids that paid for 3 rooms and checked in early around 3:30

Comfortable room but air conditioner/heating unit was loud. Could have been a little cleaner. Receptionist friendly and provided back up toiletries needed. Breakfast selection pretty good with coffee/tea/hot chocolate/milk/juice fruit, hot and cold cereal, and hot breakfast items.

This was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. It is located near places to shop and eat.
