called ahead for early check in, we arrived & the same rep had no recollection of our call. then front desk didn’t mention they only give fresh towels once a week, after we had to use towels to mop up floor cuz they put us in a room with roll-in shower.
other than that, room was nice.

酒店干净安静，工作人员也非常友好。房间宽敞干净。唯一的缺点是床不太舒服。床很软，而且吱吱作响，我们只要动一下就会影响到其他人的睡眠。不过枕头和床上用品都很棒！
抵达后房间确认了，但入住时间太早了，他们拿了我的电话号码，等房间准备好后再打电话。后来我接到电话，被告知我的房间已经给了别人。
半夜入住，所以没花太多时间，所以订了这家酒店的最后一间房，不过这间房确实很实用。因为碧昂丝的演唱会，附近没有酒店，所以不得不一路跑到威斯康星州才找到酒店房间。
