Took forever to get checked in and I had to use 2 credit cards because their system didn’t work. Didn’t honor my Expida pricing so I paid full price and they charged me an extra $15.00 they claimed is a convenience fee. Convenience fee for what? Nothing at this place was convenient!

The customer service is great but there are some major plumbing issues with the bathroom. Most of the time the toilets wouldn’t flush and seemed to back up. We changed rooms twice and had issues with both rooms. We talked to other guests during breakfast and the issue was widespread. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Everything was overcooked.

This is a very nice hotel, we used to love Hampton Inns, however we were extremely disappointed to find dogs in the hotel. We did not realize that Hampton is a pet friendly hotel. We feel this is disrespectful of people who do not want to coexist with animals! Who wants to go to breakfast and find animals in the dining area? Also a man came in with a large barking bulldog while we were in the dining area. Do you guarantee that only certain rooms are used for customers with pets?

It was a good stay.
As usual, American hotel "free breakfast" was bland and lacking.
I wish American hotels would get away from using so much paper and plastic

Noise night
Our room was in front elevator, noise all night long, bed and bed clothes looks really old and uncomfortable.
Poor acoustic isolation, we could hear conversation on apartment above us and both on sides.
We usually like HIE but was a bad experience

房间看上去很干净,服务态度也很好。但房间有两只苍蝇飞来飞去的,只好把食物、杯子用纸巾盖起来。第二天早餐时餐厅里也有苍蝇,出发时车门外也有。也许不是酒店的问题,是当地环境应该清理一下吧
