The room was very clean and nice. There was some issue going on with the shower flooring that made a popping noise for hours after using the shower which is an issue when trying to sleep

Guest laundry door was broken for no entrance, fitness facility or gym facility very dirty and smelly, bad food smell in the hallway

Took forever to get checked in and I had to use 2 credit cards because their system didn’t work. Didn’t honor my Expida pricing so I paid full price and they charged me an extra $15.00 they claimed is a convenience fee. Convenience fee for what? Nothing at this place was convenient!

The customer service is great but there are some major plumbing issues with the bathroom. Most of the time the toilets wouldn’t flush and seemed to back up. We changed rooms twice and had issues with both rooms. We talked to other guests during breakfast and the issue was widespread. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Everything was overcooked.

房间看上去很干净，服务态度也很好。但房间有两只苍蝇飞来飞去的，只好把食物、杯子用纸巾盖起来。第二天早餐时餐厅里也有苍蝇，出发时车门外也有。也许不是酒店的问题，是当地环境应该清理一下吧
