Hot tub wasn't working. Dirty room. Pool and fire pit was nice. Breakfast was good. Bathroom sink was clogged and disgusting

The food was old.in order for us to use the Wi-Fi. We need to fill out a form with all our information. name phone numbers email and home address just to use the Wi-Fi. We Requested for our room to be clean. We were told they only clean the room every other day, but they will provide us with some fresh towels. The towels never arrive.

Please note, the screen where you "signed up and had to provide all of that information" had a large banner at the top nearly third of the page that stated "YOURE CONNECTED!" and you were free to browse away - every single guest gets this exact same log in process, and you are not required to provide anything.
