The hotel was nice. The staff(Jordan) was great, the breakfast was good, and the decor was beautiful! However when it was time to checkout there was a mix up with the time; ******* website stated that the checkout time was 12:00(which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there) but the hotel told us a little after 11:00 that time checkout time was 11:00 therefore we had to scribble to quickly rush…which was a little stressful.

Unwanted visit
The staff was very considerate in a time of bereavement. My wife's mother had passed away and all of her siblings were staying there. Some of the staff's family members were acquaintances with our family. We couldn't have been treated any better. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Their kindness was overwhelming. Thanks again to the staff.

Property was neat and tidy, very good temperature control in rooms (temp over 90 degrees while visiting area). Good in-house breakfast. Personnel pleasant and accommodating. Starting to look dated, could use a good deep cleaning.

We were eating breakfast and the woman was as sweet as can be. My only issue is we were eating breakfast and she just grabbed our plates eith our breakfast still on them and threw them away.

The room was very clean. Front desk personnel were very polite and friendly. They are great Ambassadors for Hampton Inn. Good Breakfast.
