Poor signage to get to the hotel. The room we were given appeared to still be under construction. TV was moved to another wall, and there were still holes and furniture moved around. The bathroom shower door was about to fall off the hinge that held it. Not the hotel that was described in reviews. I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express next time.

The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and welcoming! We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet; the room was clean and comfortable!

Staff was really nice at front desk. The first room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. When we changed rooms, the floor was so dirty that it was sticky. I took my shoes off and the bottom of my feet were black within a few minutes. In addition to that, I don’t believe they had changed the sheets from the previous guests. The pillows smelled like body odor and we found a toenail in the bed sheets.

The bedding and mattress were great. A/C worked and the water was hot, when it wasn't the blowing air in the lines. The bathroom had torn wallpaper, and the door stop was installed incorrectly. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Room was in need of repairs, no toiletries called the front desk and was told i could come down and get there. Towel hook fell off the wall.

The ladies that checked us in were very professional. Was there for a concert, so needless to say it was super busy. They handled everyone professionally and fast!

房间暖气整晚断断续续地开着，凌晨3点左右，我看到一只大老鼠从门缝底下钻了进去。外面的门整晚都开着，我们感觉很不安全。我们要求全额退款。
前台工作人员非常热情友好，而且乐于助人。在这个服务水平普遍下滑的时代，他们值得称赞。房间干净安静。去机场也很方便。
