Kitchen was well stocked!!! Heat/A/C unit heated and cooled, but it was hard to adjust!!! Overall, this property has maintenance issues. When we checked in, there were a numbe of things that needed fixing. The florescent tube over the bathroom sink was out. I asked for a replacement and one was found so I replaced the bulb. Two of the bedside lamps were missing bulbs. These were replaced the next day along with the door that would not lock. There were hooks hanging off the wall that were halfway off. No smoke alarm on the ceiling and the wires were left dangling. These are simple maintenance issues and you can tell that the rooms are just neglected. Most of these issues were fixed the night we checked in or the next day. But this is an IHG hotel!!!! I have stayed in many IHG hotels and never has one been in this shape!!! Staff is super friendly and nice, but who wants to check into a hotel room and start a punch list of items that need correcting??? Area around the hotel is great with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close!!!! There was a Holiday Inn Express next door and a new hotel going up across the street, so next time I may try one of those!!! Also in the room, the walls need repair. Things have been removed from the walls and the fastners and peeling walls left behind. NOT VERY ATTRACTIVE!!!!

3.8 stars. The room was okay, unfortunately it took us more than a moment to find the tiniest little trash can. The trash can was tucked under the kitchen sink and was already filled with trash. Clearly the trash wasn't cleaned out between guests. In the bathroom, the toilet was extremely difficult to flush. You had to hold down the lever for several moments. In the shower duct tape was used to prop up the shower head handle. The second night, there was also extremely loud music being played just outside in the lounge area. The front desk or who ever was on call that night didn't seem to take any action in that regards. We informed the desk upon checkout and they didn't seem to have much of a response or concern over it. The luggage trolleys were extremely difficult to maneuver and were in need of maintenance. I expected more of this place. For being a place with 'suite' in their name, I expected a more suite experience.

Kitchen was great, and had all the amenities needed. Rooms were very clean and temperature was good. The staff are very nice and accommodating. A special shout out to Isabella at the desk. She had patience and courtesy towards my husband and I, and all guests. I thank all the employees

Bed was great. Slept 11 straight hours after driving 6.5 hours and being awake 18. Love the normal size fridge & ice maker. Lots of hot water for my shower and room temp was easy to adjust.

My stay was short but amazing. The rooms are very nice and clean. This s a great location because its convenient for shopping. The check in process was quick and easy and the stsff are super sweet.I really ike Candlewood Suites, I will be back to visit!

Was a little expensive for what it was. Shower leaked the whole time, property a little worn, but staff were super nice.

Friendly staff, but air conditioner kept turning off and room was very hot during the night. Also shower doors were very hard to open and my husband had to adjust them before I could take a shower.
