Reserved room with 2 queen beds. Reservation was changed to king with pullout. Pullout was stained. Moved to king suite with pullout. Pullout is flimsy and other adult had to put “mattress” on floor just to sleep.

Rooms were infested with beetles looked like lady bug but not.

Definitely NOT Marriott standards.

Front desk clerk was pleasant and did best to try and fix issues but had no help.

The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel host was super nice as she even helped with our waffles in the morning. Overall I would stay here again. The staff were friendly too.

Only complaints I have is the pool was small and the pillows was a little flat. Other than that it’s actually the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. Comfy bed, huge bathroom, great breakfast, friendly staff, clean, and big tv. Overall great stay!

Bug in bed

The room was clean snd smelled good. Only problem we had was their was a roach in the bed. I killed it with my shoe. I was sleep and woke up and noticed it

Friendly, caring staff. The breakfast was great.

The phone in our room was not working so we called the desk with our cell phone. There was no ice in the ice machine on the first floor.

Lots of unattended kids in the pool creating a lot of noise and chaos. We were on the 3rd floor and there were people on the first floor outside making a lot of noise until after 10 pm. Internet went out therefore no TV at all. We had a 1 year old and a 3 year old with us and they were very disappointed about not being able to watch a show. We got no housekeeping service and we needed extra towels and coffee for the next day so we had to get it ourselves. Why did we have to pay such a high price for a room with no services?
