We love the Grand Hotel yet there were noise issues between the rooms with TV sounds being unusually prominent in the Spa building. Maid service was incomplete with failure to refresh certain items like the coffee service and water.

Nice Mothers Day Weekend
Each year we spend time at this historic property for Mother’s Day. The gardens and trees are amazing. The staff I always accommodating and respectful.
Spa services are well done. We will be back!

The supervisor Joseph was very helpful and kind. Everyone there is friendly and make sure you’re enjoying your stay. Love they have cat “workers” that take care of the property at night. Overall highly recommend staying and this beautiful property.
