The staff checking us in was not very friendly, especially when asked questions. The bathroom, especially bathtub was not very clean. The room itself was fairly clean.

The worst ever stayfor 166
For me paying 167.00 the door were horrible. The entrance door was hard to closed. The bathroom door was the same way. I have a bad wrist so it was extra hard for me. Also who wants to use the restroom witj the door open. Smh I need half of my money back.

Wish I could attach a video of the bath tub which I shamefully admit I refused to shower in. I understand the property is under renovation however to actually pay money to stay somewhere and this is the condition is absurd. Traveled from ATL to bring my 85 year old blind father to see family he hasn’t seen in 25 years. We will definitely not be staying in this location again anytime soon.

The stay was good. Hotel is in need of renovations. No breakfast due to the truck didn’t run. Friendly staff.

Our room smelled like cigarettes and with asthma instead of sleeping spent the whole night wheezing and using inhaler. Was told they were completely booked out and arrived at 10 pm didn’t leave much of an option but to suffer through the night.

This is the second year in a row that we stopped here on our way to the beach and both times were in July, and both times the pool was closed. It looked perfectly fine, but they had excuses as to why the pool was closed.
Needless to say, the kids were very disappointed after being in the car all day. We will not stay there again.

Nightmare in Ozark
The room was not very well cleaned there was used soap in the shower, air conditioner stop working in the middle of the night, TV remote also didn’t work, ice machine did not work, bed sheets had holes in them, and the keys didn’t work half the time.

When we arrived they had overbooked our room that we had reservations for.Only thing left was room with king bed and they’re were 3 of us so we had to take it and then we got blankets and pillows for person that was going to sleep on floor.Bad night for them and the king bed was not that good either.Hallway carpets were disgustingly dirty and so was the room carpet.Pillows were extremely uncomfortable.So we won’t be staying with you anymore.
