酒店回复: Amanda, I am sorry your stay was anything less than stellar. Please know that I will be speaking with my housekeeping team in regards to this. The bath towels it is the hotel policy that when it comes to a single bed room that only 2 bath towels are initially provided however we are always happy to provide more. I truly hope you give us a chance to redeem ourselves on your next visit to Sioux Falls.
