Clock in room had not had time change, remotes to TV not working properly. Toilet flush not working properly and after flushing made a loud squicky noise that lasted a long time

Our room was absolutely filthy. There were stains everywhere — on the bedding, bed skirt, and even the nightstands. The linens were full of holes, and the blackout curtains had so many tiny holes that sunlight streamed through in the morning. It looked like moth damage, but honestly, it was hard to tell.
We rented the suite with one king bed and two queens, and one of the queen beds smelled strongly of cat urine. The furniture and flooring were old and dirty, and the entire room felt neglected. It’s clear they don’t clean thoroughly between guests — something as simple as wiping down the nightstands had been missed.
Unfortunately, we arrived around 2 a.m. and had to leave early for a bridal shower, so we didn’t see just how bad it was until later that day. By then, it was too late to request another room, and we only had to endure one more night. Still, I felt genuinely uncomfortable staying there.
We grabbed some food on our way out to the bridal shower, and it was fine — nothing amazing, just very basic but tolerable.
Overall, they seriously need to invest in new linens, furniture, and flooring — and, more importantly, better cleaning practices. I would never stay here again and regret not speaking up immediately about the condition of the room.

The breakfast was great, a lot of selection of different food. Hard broil eggs, scramble eggs, sausages, potatoes, bread, bagels, muffins, fresh fruits, self made waffles, cereals, etc. The staff are wonderful. I have an issue of not knowing how to turn on the stove in my room and called the front desk. A staff knocked on the door about a minute later to help. All the staffs are very polite.

I booked 3 rooms with queen beds but I believe we got full size beds. Not very comfortable!

Hotel was very nice on the outside and in common areas. The room had a lot of great space but was pretty worn out with beat up cabinets, carpets and stains on chairs. The beds were clean and comfortable.

非常棒的房间,氛围也很好。
如果封闭空间通风不良,电梯没有空调,或者至少没有风扇,我老婆就会惊恐发作!
晚上,市里停电了,我们没法休息,因为酒店没有应急电源,也就是说,客人停电时只能依靠酒店。
他们只说这不是酒店的问题,而是市里的问题,却没有为我提供任何解决方案,以弥补时间安排不当和酒店完全没有休息。我给这家酒店的价格和舒适度打3分;我绝对不会再来了。
