Beds and pillows were comfy. Hotel clerk was very friendly. There were 3 weddings there that day but it was actuality nice and quiet.

Stayed here two nights to attend a wedding being held at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, banquet facilities are decent and the bar and restaurant were good. I used the pool and sauna and they were both clean and added a nice reprieve.
My room was rather disappointing though. If the heater wasn’t going steady, the room became cold instantly. The carpet was grungy and needs to be changed out. Flimsy comforter on the bed (had to ask for an extra blanket. The bathroom was clean but the tub and shower were subpar. And no coffee maker in the room. Free coffee is available at the front lobby but c’mon Best Western, get with the times!

No stars isn't an option. Overpriced. At $300, I expect a much higher standard. Staff said no refunds or compromises could be made since booked through *******. Swarms of bugs at the entrance and hallways. Paper-thin towels. No coffee in the room. No breakfast. (Although the thoughtful staff did provide one in the dining room, where the staff was amazing). Virtually unfunctioning TV. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH *******

酒店很干净。入住和退房时工作人员都很友好。
我们开车时接到电话，询问何时入住……然后安排了一间前台隔壁的房间，早上7点就被清洁人员和吵闹的前台工作人员吵醒了。我们提前一天离开，因为天气太糟糕，前台工作人员粗鲁无礼，不理解我们。
不幸的是，浴室有一些问题。马桶冲水后噪音很大，而且浴室的门很难关。我们检查了一下，发现它已经腐烂了。
泳池和水疗中心温度适宜，不冷。 有桑拿浴室。
