it said anytime check in got there driving from Alberta to the east coast at 3am and no one was there. Horrible service and Management.

Very helpful and polite staff. The room was clean and spacious. An excellent indoor pool as well.

酒店很干净。入住和退房时工作人员都很友好。
工作人员非常热情，接待也很周到。房间很大。然而，其他方面却很一般。马桶堵塞了，我们不得不使用马桶搋子疏通。淋浴间的排水管也堵塞了，水排不出去。沙发床上只有床单，没有保暖的毯子。我们要求加一张折叠床，但仍然没有保暖的毯子——我们不得不自己去要。特大号床太软了，我们在床中间总是翻来覆去。真是可惜，因为这里本来是个不错的过夜之所。
我们开车时接到电话，询问何时入住……然后安排了一间前台隔壁的房间，早上7点就被清洁人员和吵闹的前台工作人员吵醒了。我们提前一天离开，因为天气太糟糕，前台工作人员粗鲁无礼，不理解我们。
不幸的是，浴室有一些问题。马桶冲水后噪音很大，而且浴室的门很难关。我们检查了一下，发现它已经腐烂了。
泳池和水疗中心温度适宜，不冷。 有桑拿浴室。
