Parking lot was clean, staff was friendly, but hard to tell who worked there. Rooms were clean, didn't use laundry.

Room has no fridge when one was advertised. The shower door would not stay closed and the soap dispenser on the wall was covered in hair.

One of the queen beds appeared clean but a lot of little hairs on the sheets. Stained comforter and carpet.

Uncaring and unreliable
Called the hotel to tell them we would arrive late. He said it was fine. Showed up and the guy said they had notified us they cancelled the room. No they didnt. Lobby smelled like a pot party. Guy could care less that we had our confirmation #. It took us over 2 hrs to find a room at 3 am.

Upon arrival they didn’t have my confirmed reservation booked through *******. After further investigation, the reservation was booked in the hotels system with the wrong date. The front desk said the hotel was sold out.
Requested to speak to a manager which there wasn’t one onsite, the front desk agent contacted one via phone. They ended up giving me a room but said it wasn’t available to check in till later because I kept staring I booked and confirmed 3 weeks prior.
Returned to the hotel in the evening to find out they only gave me 1 bed when I booked for 2 beds. The room didn’t have electrical covers over fixtures, no garbage cans and was dirty.
Thank God I double locked the door because another customer used a key to come into the room to find out the room was given also to another guest.
Stay clear of this hotel because it’s not safe and you may not even have room upon arrival.

I wen there they gave me a messy room there were not others rooms available so they told me I need to get back home and they said they will return my money I still didn’t get any refund yet

Room was not ready. Air conditioning in building was not working. Fire alarm warm chirping as if batteries needed changing. There was a smell of slight sewage in lobby. Several guests were returning to front desk with complaints of a/c in room not working or in shambles as if someone had been working on it. Another guest in line-her room was not available, she had claimed her room had been booked since 8/10. While in line to question as to why our room was not ready/how long it would be I went ahead and booked another hotel in the area and simply to the gentleman we would like a refund and would not be staying.

Basic hotel, no extras. Our room was very clean but the hallways could've used a vacuum. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken.

Overall an awful stay. We booked 3 rooms.. upon arrival in room one the fridge had mold, no soap in bathroom, and missing smoke detectors. The second room we recieved a key that accessed an already booked room. The replacement room key led to a room in which only one of two beds was prepared or made and also had mold in the fridge. The third room was never recieved due to the hotel over booking rooms. Staff was unhelpful. Hotel was overall in poor condition and we will never be returning
第一晚有位很棒的员工接待了我们。早餐是我吃过最好的选择之一，房间很干净，但发现了一些前一位客人留下的东西。泳池水很暖和，但我和孩子们发现泳池里漂浮着好几样东西。所有地方的地板都可以吸得更干净些，不过总的来说，我们住得很愉快！
